Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of apps provided by Celestis Studio ("we", "our", or "us") on the Atlassian Marketplace, including Issue Export to PDF for Jira. By installing, subscribing to, or using the application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Atlassian Marketplace Terms of Use.

2. Licensing & Subscriptions

Our applications are licensed, not sold. All subscriptions, trials, billings, renewals, and cancellations are processed through the Atlassian Marketplace under the Paid via Atlassian program. Your license tier must correspond to your Jira Cloud user tier as mandated by Atlassian platform rules.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our apps solely within the intended scope of exporting Jira work items and generating reports for internal business, audit, and client presentation purposes. You agree not to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the application's underlying code or violate Atlassian's Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Warranties and Disclaimers

The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% availability and high robustness on large issue volumes, we do not warrant that operation will be completely uninterrupted or error-free. Availability depends on Atlassian Cloud uptime.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Celestis Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business goodwill. Our maximum aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the app during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

6. Support & Maintenance

We provide commercial email support for active subscribers in accordance with our Support Policy. Inquiries can be submitted to support@celestisstudio.com.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
