      Zero External Data Transfer (Runs on Atlassian): Issue Export to PDF is built entirely on Atlassian Forge. Our applications do not communicate with external servers, databases, or third-party networks. All data processing and document generation occur strictly within the customer's Atlassian Cloud environment.
    

1. Introduction

Celestis Studio ("we", "our", or "us") provides apps and productivity tools for Jira Cloud, including Issue Export to PDF. We are committed to protecting your privacy and complying with global data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA.

2. Data Collection and Processing

Our applications operate on the Atlassian Forge platform under the Runs on Atlassian architecture:

Customer Data (Jira Issues, Work Items, Comments, Fields): When you initiate an export, your Jira issue data is processed exclusively within Atlassian-managed serverless compute functions. No customer Jira issue data is ever sent to or stored on Celestis Studio servers.
Export Templates & Configuration: Custom template layouts, column configurations, and report settings are stored inside the native @forge/kvs (Key-Value Storage) provided by Atlassian, isolated specifically to your Jira Cloud tenant.
Temporary File Generation: Generated PDF files are cached in your tenant's Forge storage strictly for download purposes and are purged automatically. Celestis Studio has no direct access to these files.

3. Zero Egress & Network Architecture

Issue Export to PDF contains zero egress declarations. The application does not invoke external APIs, make outgoing HTTP/REST requests to external domains, load remote stylesheets or fonts, or embed third-party analytics trackers.

4. Subprocessors

Celestis Studio does not engage any third-party sub-processors for the processing or hosting of your Jira Cloud data. All computing, storage, and networking services are provided directly by Atlassian Pty Ltd as part of the Atlassian Cloud infrastructure.

5. Security & Access Control

Because our apps run on Atlassian Forge:

Data queries inherit the acting user's existing Jira permissions (asUser() context). Users can never export tickets or view fields they do not have Jira permission to access.
Authentication and authorization are managed entirely by Atlassian.

6. Support Communications

If you contact our support team via email (support@celestisstudio.com), we may receive your email address, name, and any troubleshooting details you choose to share. This information is used strictly to resolve your support inquiry and is never shared, rented, or sold.

7. Changes to this Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
